Constructed with durable vinyl-coated steel wire, the shelves can support up to 50 lbs. when properly installed according to the manufacturer's instructions. The ample hanging space provided allows for the storage of a wide variety of clothing items, such as shirts, dresses, pants, bags, jeans, baskets, purses, pillows, blankets, and more.
Furthermore, you can adjust the shelf heights to accommodate long-hang storage for dresses and coats, or create shorter shelf spacing for children's clothes or other items. The ClosetMaid ShelfTrack Closet Organizer System creates up to 104 inches of hanging space and 72 inches of shelf space, fitting closets that are 2-4 feet wide with 12-inch deep shelves. Some cutting of shelves, hang tracks, and/or rods may be necessary to fit your specific space.
